The Cognitive Flexibility workshop is a training program designed to help participants improve their cognitive flexibility, which is a crucial skill for adapting to new situations, thinking creatively, and approaching problems from different angles.

The workshop consists of one full day of training and two follow-up sessions where participants will present an assignment based on what they learned and how they can apply it to their company.
